From the first phone call, we work with you to create your fine Art Equestrian portraits that will best serve your dreams and budget. We will review the best location in your home for your finished Portraits, room decor, wall portrait sizes, and the best museum quality papers to use.
What to wear for you Equine Portrait Session
Based on your goals, we assist you in selecting your wardrobe for your Equine Portrait Session. Two weeks before your scheduled Equine Portrait session, Formal and informal outfits will be chosen to complement your horse.
Reducing the Stress
With the pre-consultation completed ahead of time, the stress of your custom Equine portrait session is greatly reduced. We will create images of your horse first. Then, we will work from your formal show wardrobe to informal wear with your horse and with just the rider. Plan on 1-2 hoursto complete your portrait session.
Selecting your photos
One to two weeks after your portrait session, we will sit down and select images for your wall portraits and album choices based on the pre-session consultation. Payment is due at the order session. Please have all decision-makers at this meeting. Due to covid 19, we will meet via zoom or phone call.
The Magic begins
Once your order has been placed, and payment is received, the magic begins. Gary personally oversees each step of the post-production process to ensure you’re fine art Equestrian Portraits meets your dream. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
